The Jefferson County Port Authority (JCPA) has one privately owned port, Riverview Commerce Park Terminal (RCP), in Herculaneum, MO and a proposed port in Crystal City, MO that is in the early development phase. Both locations are well positioned for aggregate, sand and Missouri River grain shippers. Union Pacific Railroad has access to both of these locations while BNSF also has access to the upcoming Crystal City port. Norfolk Southern Railroad, BNSF and CSX all serve industries within the region.
