DESCRIPTION:The Gregory F Yank “Servant Leader” Scholarship will fund s
 cholarships to an accredited College or Trade School.\nAwards will be $2\,
 500.00 each. Recipients will agree to have their awards publicized through
 out Rotary International\nDistrict 6510.\n\nEligibility\nEach applicant mu
 st meet the following criteria:\n• High School Senior\, or College Stude
 nt\, or Graduate Student\, or Trade School Student\n• Reside in Rotary D
 istrict 6510\, or attend a College/University/Trade School in District 651
 0 (south of\nI-70 to the Ohio/Mississippi rivers)\n• Academics at B aver
 age or better\; include a copy of most current\ntranscript\n• Résumé o
 f School Involvement – Service\, Clubs\, Athletics\, etc.\; cite\nleader
 ship roles (officer\, chair\, section leader\, awards\, etc.)\n• Résum
 é of Community Involvement and Volunteerism\; cite\nleadership roles as a
 bove\, and all full/part-time jobs\n• Educational and Career Plan\n• A
  list of Scholarships (and $ values) that you are receiving\n• An essay 
 about how the concept of “Servant Leader” affects\, has affected\, or 
 will affect your life in the\nfuture.\n\nConditions for Receiving Funds\n
 • Student must provide proof of full-time enrollment (Tuition bill\, Reg
 istration form\, with official logos)\n• Upon proof of enrollment\, mone
 y will be paid to the college/university/trade school\; students must\nsub
 mit tuition bill for upcoming semester to receive the Scholarship.\n• Wi
 thdrawal from college or university shall result in the return of unused p
 ortion of funds.\n\nSelection Criteria\nThe Applicant(s) who score the hig
 hest on our Scholarship Judges’ rubric will receive scholarship funds.
