 ilt to offer students hands-on learning through projects and working along
 side craft professionals. Students also tour active job sites and union tr
 aining facilities for a glimpse at local apprenticeship programs to see fi
 rst-hand what it takes to succeed.\n\nMany come away interested in an alte
 rnative to the traditional 4-year degree and energized at the prospect of 
 no student debt\, high pay\, job security\, and the ability to continue de
 veloping their skills.
