An Australian company plans to build a new plant on a site at the Baldwin Energy Complex in Illinois that will turn coal ash into building materials.

Nu-Rock Technology’s new plant in Baldwin, Illinois, in Randolph County is expected to employ more than 100 workers, the Belleville News-Democrat reports
