A Boston industrial real estate investment firm has purchased two more industrial warehouses in the St. Louis region for $75.1 million.
Plymouth Industrial REIT (NYSE: PLYM) bought 1.1 million square feet of industrial space in the Gateway Commerce Center in the Metro East in October, said real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield, which represented the Dallas-based seller, real estate investment adviser L&B Realty Advisors. Plymouth currently owns and manages 183 buildings with over 30 million square feet in 12 markets across the country, according to its website.
