Old Chrysler plant site lures new health care tenants

“BJC HealthCare and CoreLink Surgical have agreed to lease nearly 150,000 square feet of space in KP Development’s Fenton Logistics Park, the former site of a Chrysler plant.

The agreements, along with two other tenants previously announced in September, mean the industrial park that has been vacant for nearly a decade will have nearly 400 employees working there by summer 2018, with more expected to be added…”
