A new $129 million speculative industrial investment in St. Charles County will create over 950 jobs, the developer said while breaking ground on the project Wednesday.
NorthPoint Development is developing a new master-planned industrial park, Lakeside Logistics Center at 16000 Spencer Road in St. Peters. Five buildings spanning 1.6 million square feet are planned across roughly 190 acres with access to Interstate 70 and Missouri Highway 370.
