You are invited to participate in a survey conducted by the Supply Chain Risk and Resilience Research Center (SCR3) at the University of Missouri – St. Louis (UMSL) with the support the St. Louis Regional Freightway.

The research objective is to understand the supply chain challenges faced by businesses in the St. Louis region during the COVID-19 pandemic and the strategies that were successful in preventing and mitigating supply chain disruptions.

Your participation will enable us identify best supply chain risk management practices to ensure a resilient St. Louis region. We kindly ask that you fill out survey accessible in the link provided below. The survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and your responses are confidential.
