Italian manufacturer to open first U.S. facility in St. Louis

“Serioplast, an Italian plastic manufacturer, has acquired a north St. Louis warehouse that will serve as the company’s first manufacturing plant in North America.

The 132,000-square-foot building, located at 4400 Planned Industrial Drive, was acquired by OMH US LLC, a business entity affiliated with Serioplast’s parent company, Old Mill Holding, for $3.15 million from Lineage Logistics.
