The developer of a new $65 million industrial park in Maryland Heights has three warehouses under construction simultaneously to meet the growing demand for industrial space in St. Louis.

NorthPoint Development unveiled the future Riverport Trade Center at a groundbreaking ceremony Thursday with leadership of the city of Maryland Heights, including Mayor Mike Moeller and Economic Development Manager Jim Carver. Located at 13971 Riverport Drive, Riverport Trade Center will have three speculative warehouses totaling 725,000 square feet, sprawled across nearly 50 acres.
